Buck & Bull is a tale portraying an unexpected companionship that appeals to readers of all ages. The narrative unfolds during a fierce thunderstorm where a fawn ventures into a barn and befriends a calf. Despite forging a swift bond, their contrasting physical attributes become increasingly conspicuous as they mature. The youthful deer showcases agility, speed, and humor, while the young bull embodies heaviness, sluggishness, and timidity. Overwhelmed by envy, the bull withdraws from playtime, leaving the deer feeling unwanted and desolate. Eventually, the deer decides to depart the herd for the solace of the woods. However, upon realizing that hunting season is near with predators lurking in search of deer, the young bull comprehends the depth of his fondness for his friend. Will he succeed in rescuing Buck and rekindling their friendship?
